Reset relay make/break switch E normally closed part of the switch with the yellow and blue-yellow wires connected.
Adjust the long switch blade to not only touch the short blade, but give the short blade a little extra push. Clean switch if needed.
The player selection problem is probably on the gear side of the coin unit. A insulated pin should open up a normally closed switch when reaching player 4. Sometimes the gear is hand turned to far and now the pin rides on top of the switch and not under it. Unscrew switch and reset coin unit back to player1. Screw down switch and test.
