Aztec 1,000 point chime works 1st 8-12 times it's activated then stays energized and won't work again till I turn game off. Then repeats that scenario. I can see the 1,000 pt relay properly closing and opening when the chime works and after its locked on. Any suggestions?
Check the black rubber base where the coil plunger drops, it may be sticking.
Clean the plunger shaft with alcohol.
Check for burnt coil
It's not sticking the coil is staying energized, as soon as I cut power it drops. Don't know how it's staying energized when the 1,000 pt relay leaf switch that activates it is open?
Thanks Howard R the 10,000 pt relay is sticking closed and does this on all players. What should be opening that back up
