Quoted from GrimDog:Anybody have this issue? Tried reseating the connectors and it’s still not working.
Mine does that. I just push the connector back in every so often. I haven't made a permanent fix yet.

Quoted from DNO:Mine could be pushed to work, for about a ball.
I needed to cut off all the original hot glue, firmly seat and re-glue.
Been fine since, on route.
What sucks is I think I need to basically do this to all the insert light connections at every light board.
They constantly lose one color or another.
Mine doesn't even have glue to remove, so step 1 is done for me! Luckily mine is good for several days / lots of games so it is only a small annoyance.
Quoted from Joemoma1990:dumb question, I don't have "peace among worlds" on my coin door. was that a special thing I missed LOL
Mine doesn't have one either. No bill acceptor
Quoted from Flynnyfalcon:This looks positive, though the other way around would be ideal.
Swearing frequency NEVER
Hold launch button to toggle to ALWAYS
Is this possible?
It toggles it back and forth, so the other way around is possible.
Quoted from DylanFan71:All these posts, I was hoping for a code update.
Hahaha, I thought the same for a second.
My game plays great & is super fun! It is easily becoming one of my favorite pins ever! Thanks Spooky!
Rick & Morty is a great pinball machine. Super fun & the right amount of frustrating.
(are we back on track?)
Quoted from epthegeek:I still haven't figured out exactly where this goes off the rails. There are so many checks at ball end/ball start to make sure audio is back on, the fact that it persists has be baffled. If anybody manages to come up with a way to force the issue I'd love to hear it; because of course it shouldn't be doing that.
.
I don't expect this to be the main cause but I have had the call out drop out issue when I lower the volume during a game, between balls. I think when I go all the way down then back up 1 or 2. I get the music and no call outs. It has only happened twice. It continues to the next game. The only fix was to reboot.
Quoted from MrSmiley:Sometimes my right speaker stops working, usually at the beginning once the machine is powered on and the next games. Wiggling on the speaker cables in the cab and the connector to the motherboard brings the speaker back and then fails again. No real strategy behind it. After some games it doesn't occur any more and the right speaker is fully back.
Is this a known issue with code or some component failing? Thanks
I had the same issue, I bought a new 3.5mm to RCA cable and that seems to have solved it.
Quoted from ripple:So, I have been getting some pops and screeches coming out of the audio. I think it's coming from a loose connection from the audio cable connecting to the main board. I don't see anything visually wrong with the cable. I'm trying to hold it in better with this zip tie pictured. Anyone else have this problem or other ideas?
[quoted image]
I didn't have pops or screeches but I had audio dropout from the right speaker. I could wiggle it around and make it work temporarily. I bought a new cable and the audio has been great since.
Quoted from MrSmiley:Has anybody issues with their sound? Especially when there are more sounds playing for example different dimension + multiball my sound often goes to mono just left audio playing or sounds completely distorted with sound issues. Once normal game resumes or i drain the ball the sound is fine again.
Changed audio cable but same issues. Wondering if it's the software or bad amp?
I've had issues with sound, replacing the cable helped. I think someone else here had a connection loose on the amp.
Quoted from 27dnast:Is there a manual for RM?
Not an official one. I think there is a user created one linked in here somewhere.
Quoted from PinBalt:I was wondering if the recent purchase of Warner Bros media (who owns Rick and Morty) by Discovery will lead to them being more flexible regarding updates on code for new episodes. I know the intention when the game was announced was that it could happen but it seems like WB became a PITA to deal with. Since Spooky has never stated that the code is DONE, I hold a smiggen of hope that the leadership change could allow for potential discussions. Spooky, any chance you can comment if you have interest in new material for the game?
I'd assume code is complete & will only be updated for bug fixes.
