Just installed the pinball life shaker and the fuse in the shaker board blew. I’ve installed a million stern shakers no problem, anyone have pictures of idea what I could have done wrong it’s two wires

Shaker and knocker not working. Anyone have any idea? Both hooked up correctly but not getting power. All fuses were tested and ok

Just installed the upgraded ips lcd screen and the screen images looked scrambled. Everything appears hooked up correctly, any insight
