Quoted from ovfdfireman:Thanks for the mention, keep in mind folks this is enough to do approximately 3 games. So for about $6.65 a game seems like the least expensive thing out these days!
Do you just apply one strip to the top of the glass or is there some other way to install it?
Quoted from Chisox:It’s been a while but I thought it was build sheet-2 weeks payment-2 weeks delivery.
That’s what it was for mine.
Ever since receiving my game, I can only read this thread title in Scary Terry’s voice.
You can run, but you can’t hide, bitch.
Every single time.
Quoted from darkryder:The glass on my new BSE rattles like crazy. Does anti-rattle tape mostly solve this? The shaker also sounds like a bucket of bolts and feels extremely harsh. Anyone else make adjustments to quiet down and smooth things out on this game? The shots are also super clunky like Alice. I can tell I’m going to have to do some tweaking on this game to get it dialed in. The code, callouts, animations, lighting and sound are brilliant. It just feels very rattly and clunky based on the first few games played on it. I did order those x brace spacers, so hopefully that helps improve the flippers some.
Rattle tape solved my vibration problem 99%. You may need to make some flipper adjustments—I would say this shoots much better than ACNC once you get the feel of where the shots are.
A little help needed on the magna save magnet. I installed Aniraf’s spacers which made a huge difference in my ability to hit the upper loop and garage shot. But now my magnet is not working.
Pressing the flipper still drains the juice and it still makes the same noise, but there’s no longer any magnetism bringing the ball back from the outlane.
I must have loosened a connection or wire somewhere, but everything looks good. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should check?
Quoted from Deadlander:Lost my anti gravity magnet. Switches work shaker motor reacts when pressed but no magnet. Checked magnet in self test and nothing. What next to check?
Thanks,
Al
Did you get this issue solved? I have the exact same problem. My magnet stopped working right after I installed the flipper spacers, so I figured I must have caused a wire to come loose. But I still can't solve the issue.
Quoted from Deadlander:Fixed problem after checking continuity on both sides of the z connector we found that one of the idc connectors was broken reset wire and bingo we had a working magnet. Good thing I didn’t buy a new magnet. Really hate those connectors tempted to switch to a Molex connector or just solder them together.
Would you mind taking a pic of the connectors and posting it? I’m hopeful that will fix my problem, too.
