I can confirm butter cab on my recently sold ACNC was a non-factor in the sale and did not result in more money than a similar game without butter. I love the butter cab option and am heavily considering it on my R&M although resale factor is weighing heavily on me especially since I'm already over my space limit.

I do the same as zaphX - first thing I do when I get a machine, new or used, is to clean with novus 1 and wax with P21S. The ball is CRAZY for the first few hundred games after doing it, but then it calms down nicely and the playfield is very well protected.
