Are there fuses in this pin? My left flipper and pop bumper don't work. All connections look good and I'm out of ideas.

If it's still a problem, swap node boards 8 and 9 (being sure to set the dip switches to tell the boards they are now the opposite numbers) and see if that fixes your issue and maybe migrates the problem to something plugged into node 9 (not all outputs are used, so it may just fix the issue with no problems in the node 9 spot).
If the node board is confirmed to be the issue, borygard here on pinside fixes them. Cheaper than buying a new one.
Found it. Blown fuse in the upper board. I didn't notice the fuses behind their plastic protectors when I was looking earlier. Finally, I can play my first game!

In fact, even though my shots are registering going through the horseshoe, I'm never told to "lock a ball" up there anymore. Like ever. Balls aren't getting locked up there anymore. Hence, can't get any Glomflomite multiballs, which clearly are required for the game.
Any idea what the problem may be?
Did your tech remove the captive ball and forget to put it back?

Those of you with black flipper bats, make sure you measure the tips to ensure that they are exactly 3mm and that you're using a 12" ruler to do so. This is very important.

I had the same problem with my left speaker so I reflowed the connections at the speaker and they've it's been good since.
