Quoted from Lounge:

I’d be in on that as a factory option.

Me three.

Oh wow, looks good, I have those figures, too, just need my machine: 151. I like how you put the bits behind, I’ll have to give that a try.

I’m hoping someone has a quick fix idea? Went to play the game last night and it does this every time on start up:

Flipped pic

#5430 58 days ago

No, it’s been fine, updated about a week ago. Just last night out of nowhere, tried to play it. I guess I’ll try and reload the software?

#5432 58 days ago

Yeah, I hadn't updated to that, it seemed such a minor update. downloading now...

#5433 58 days ago

Yikes. Plugged in the USB and still just get that screen. I guess I’m off to email Spooky.

#5437 58 days ago

I appreciate all the advice, I’ve got an email out to them, hopefully something will get figured out tomorrow.

I don’t have a keyboard, I’ll have to order one off Amazon or something. I think I do have an extra battery somewhere, I’ll see if I can dig it up. Thanks!

#5451 57 days ago

Yes, replaced the little battery and my game is up and running again. Thanks Christopher!

#5459 57 days ago

That’s the one. So, I replaced the battery with a fresh one and followed the pdf directions. Which everything was pre-filled where it was supposed to be, so it was just a matter of me double checking that, maybe took two minutes, save and quit. Game started up after that. I power cycled to make sure it was ok and it was. Ended up being pretty simple.

Ok. Had to get under the hood today and found this thing flapping in the wind. Does it get plugged in at the top? Any help is appreciated!

Ok, think I figured it out.

Quoted from epthegeek:

Goes on that pin header above the other ribbon cable in your picture. Is for the segment display.

Ha! Yeah, plugged it in and my wife said immediately, “Hey, there’s a countdown timer here now!” It must have been unplugged since we got it, I don’t know how I missed that.

Quoted from zaphX:

I’ve seen this as well, the video player seems to die entirely. I get black screens where there should be videos and even get static on the high score interdimensional cable screens.
Rebooting fixes.
In fact it is happening right now this second.

I just updated to newest code and this has been happening to ours as well.
