Quoted from zaphX:

That's what I was hoping too, but it sounds like a big batch of Aussie games are in front of us.

Remembering Aussie build numbers are Spread Throughout the lot (including at least one standard that I know of), but I guess still 2-3 weeks worth of building for the container. For timing, and what that calculated to from the info at hand, the Aussie production was going to be Equivalent to as if they were all in the hypothetical vicinity of 230-250 (for the timing, not actual build numbers).

It is also possible, therefore, that in getting to build No.160 for example, there could be build numbers Below 160 that are destined for Oz. If there are, then those games would not have been built as yet either, as far as I understand the situation.

Translated, I think Spooky will be well into the 200's before the Aussie lot is run.

#4452 3 years ago

UK batch soon also.

#4453 3 years ago

So it may very well be

1. order nr. is not build nr.

2. standart(s) will be built before limited.

But at least it seems

1. all the afills, celebs and others too special to wait in line have been served

2. there wont be another rona production stop.

So finally the fans are being given what they want.

The ominous UK batch with le´s 187, 439, 550 and standard 743 shipping soon haha I love it. Next then is the Austrian batch.

The final answer to the last of all questions is 47.

Are we (deep) into 200s yet? I’m 357 btw.

I picked up 132 last Thursday, if that helps.

OMFG, I got to pick my own adventure. I know, I know the score blows chunks as I even got a Second extra ball in there, but it was so cool. I picked Roy then drained . But I got one stamp on a fresh second card.

I got the Mondo figures secured, mounted, illuminated and altered the factory topper. I’ve got a BOM of $130, so I guess the street price of topper like this is $600.

Awesome.
I actually haven’t got that far in the game as of yet. Eight is the most card stamps I’ve gotten so far.
Our starting card stamp setting is 3.

That looks amazing. Awesome setup!! I'm looking for that mondo exclusive set but I think I'll probably have to settle for the retail version since the mondo set is pretty pricey right now.

#4460 3 years ago

Oh wow, looks good, I have those figures, too, just need my machine: 151. I like how you put the bits behind, I’ll have to give that a try.

The neat trick would be to put a small motor in the body of Morty's back to change expressions based on the game by rotating the motor to turn the head 180 degrees at a time, alternating expressions.

Quoted from Makakka:

The final answer to the last of all questions is 47.

Isn‘t it 42 ?

#4463 3 years ago

The answer to the question ... What is the meaning of life, the universe, and everything?

#4464 3 years ago

Inflation accounts for the difference.

#4465 3 years ago

Yeah, the difference is mostly harmless.

#4467 3 years ago

"Isn‘t it 42 ?"

Exchange Rate.

#4468 3 years ago

42, hey thats my number!!

#4469 3 years ago

Most likely a long shot, but if anyone is considering dropping out on their R&M order, I'm keen to jump on. Please pm.

epthegeek bug report for the horseshoe with locking for multiball.

Steps to repro (I have a video as well if you like)
1) Hit the captive ball to light lock
2) Lock the ball on ricks side, letting it fall into ricks side (does not go to mortys side). Ball one is locked.
3) With auto plunged ball, hit captive ball to light lock, morty drop target falls. Rick is lit green.
4) Hit rick drop target, moving ball to morty, and morty glows green.
5) Hit morty drop target, moving the ball to rick. Rick does not light.
6) Hit rick drop target again, where the ball is placed, but unlit. Drops the second ball.

There has to be settle time after any ball movement so the game can keep track of things - so actions immediately after juggling a ball may not register as expected. I’m doing the best I can.

Makes sense. The way it manifested to me was a captive ball then immediate bounce into Rick, which caused the balls to fall.. I dont remember the setup but i was just putzing with it to try to recreate it. Ty for the info.

Well done recreating it, ball escape has happened to me twice but I had no idea how it happened at the time.

This 4/5 step is where the problem is. When a ball moves in the ship, I have to have a large delay before I can verify where the balls are in case they roll across the top of the arc slowly (just ask Karl). So, when you hit it from Rick to Morty and then back quickly before that time has expired, the game hasn't decided for sure where the ball is yet because switches keep changing.

After pouring a fair amount of brain juice on it, I've altered the secondary logic that tracks single ball states inside the lock so now it both detects a transfer sooner (time cut in half) has an even longer delay for balls slowly rolling over the top, and will immediately re-raise any drop knocked down when it hasn't solidly located the ball yet. So in the outlined test steps (now) when you hit the non-green target after rapidly re-transferring the ball, it will immediately snap back up preventing the leak.

This^^^! This is what set's Spooky apart from every other pin manufacturer.

Those other manufacturers don’t have “brain juice”

Woke up to a belated birthday present. #156 is now paid in full. (for those keeping score) Not sure how long between Paid in full, and shipping date. But getting excited. I've been avoiding watching reviews, or demos online. so as to not spoil it for myself.

I picked mine up, but had it in my house a week after final payment was made.

I got my invoice about 2 weeks ago (#139). No word yet on pickup. Guessing butter cabinet takes longer. I am not complaining, it will be ready when its ready.

No butter, for a couple of reasons, even without the pandemic, I would be hard pressed to justify it. But since the pandemic has me between jobs, spending $1000 out of our savings, that probably would be gone forever really can't be justified. I don't have plans to resell it, quite the opposite, if I didn't need to nudge, I'd bolt it to the floor. Some might be thinking, Why buy it at all? I considered not, because selling my spot would probably have netted a profit. But I'm confident that at least for the short term, that I'd be able to recoup most of what I Paid. If I need to sell it. For the past couple of years, this has been my dream pin. But since I didn't have a pin in mind that spoke to me. I had telling my pinhead friends since I sold my TNA that I was likely to buy Scott Denisi's Game 2, no matter what it was. I emailed Joe, within 10 minutes of the announcement in December, to tell him I need Rick and Morty, obviously I know now it didn't matter that I e-mailed him right away but was going to have to wait for it to go on sale. I was ready to jump on it asap that morning, I competed the preorder, less than a minute after receiving notice it was on sale. zaphX

Sounds like a good solution. Imagine trying to prepare for all contingencies in that idea explored at one point of having three balls locked there
