There are plenty of photos of damaged JJP playfields in lots of threads. This thread is about lack of warranty for all items, not just playfields.

Support spooky pinball, problem solved. So sad as I would adore buying a JJP but with this kind of customer service I wouldn't buy a single thing from them until they realize that us pinball customers can make or break them and for that I'm a proud 1st time spooky buyer with nothing but happiness with my purchase as they know what matters and that's the customers are always right .

Have 2 JJP's, but too tired to engage in this thing.
Am excited about my first Spooky however...feels like a breath of fresh air for me in pinball land. Hope its the case....
