Around here it is about $300 per month (including delivery and setup), with consecutive months being cheaper. EMs would be cheaper, but no one wants those. Everyone wants the newest games. One friend I have locally here has rented 9 or more of his games for the time being that are usually on route so people are doing it here locally.
