Hello everyone. For some reason, my AIQ has been having a issue where the magnet holds the ball like it should, but is continuing to hold the ball even when it’s supposed to release. It is only fixed when a coil is activated. However, I recently took apart the tower and tightened the magnet up (as it was somewhat loose) and it is now working the way it should more consistently and dropping at the right time. Should I try to tighten it more, as I don’t want to over tighten or break the magnet, however I would like to get the issue fixed, and it is definitely not a board problem. Also, should it be spinning within the housing? All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you all, and have a great rest of your day.
