If you have played the game and enjoy it then get one. You shouldn't need others to tell you it's OK to buy one as their enjoyment wont equal your level of enjoyment.
That's the fun of this hobby is that everyone doesn't like the same things. I've even come to find out that I like things that most others don't.
All issues can be worked out. Go get one and have fun with it.
