Sounds like a good deal for both parties. RBION and TFTC are awesome games.
I have an Avengers LE as well. I love the game. Very fast and unforgiving. I understand why it got the bad rap. It needs ALOT of tweaking to run well. Once the tweaking is done, it's an awesome game. Personally I prefer the blue to the green Hulk version.
