Welcome to Pinside! Congrats on your new purchase. I do not have a lot of experience with NIB games but I guess for starters I would simply follow the unpacking instructions and let her rip. Several people do not like to use the standard Stern balls. I usually order the ones from Pinball Life that had the code name "ooohhh shiiiny" but I don't see them there trying to find the link.
Each year when I vacation in Madeira Beach I play some games @ Treasure Island Fun Center. Looking at your lineup it looks like there is a better place to play! Wanna text me your alarm code?? 
I setup my NIB Tron pro by myself. Very easy to do, just make sure to install the front legs first.
...oh and lift with your legs...
