Folks,

Recently I reached out to ask for some advice on buying a pin and the folks that responded knocked it out of the park with suggesting Star Wars Pro. I was looking for 2 new pins. Stranger Things was already predetermined for me because, well, Brian Eddy and I was stuck between SW Pro and GoTG. I got Stranger Things and SW Pro this week and I love these machines.

Because of Covid, I am not comfortable going out to play machines. I love my new pins so much that I want another one. And I want a Spike 2.

For me it is all about flow. Favorite non-Stern pins are ToM, MM and Johnny Mnemonic. I also really like Iron Man and my 2 new pins.

I love orbit shots that whip around back at you. I have Spiderman and hate that the orbits get blocked (most of the time) so my beautiful Spiderman will be what funds my next game. Fast inner loops are a plus as well.

Lastly, theme is important to me. I know that TMNT is pretty well liked, but that theme is a non-starter for me. Also Stranger Things is what finally got my daughters into pinball. I've had machines their entire lives and they hardly if ever, play. Now that we have Stranger Things, they are on it a lot. So the theme is also to get my kids to play.

From the Spike lineup, I am thinking that the new Avengers, Deadpool and GoTG (worried about this one as folks told me I'd like SW Pro better and so far I love it) are machines that I could get my kids to play.

Thoughts?

Thank you.
