Is it possible to install sofware from AV LE in AV PRO and put there ceramic ball - and then we have AV pro with LE features?

I don't think there is. My understanding is that there is a security chip on the LEs that allow the code to run. There is also a piece of metal in the shooter lane that detects the ceramic ball for the added rules. This would not be possible on the pro.

No. There are hardware differences (ceramic ball sensor in the shooter lane, which is much better than Twilight Zone's btw) and the LE software can not be loaded on the pro. You'll get an incompatibility error if you try.
