What are Avatar Pro's going for in Home use only?
Quoted from pinnyheadhead:$3500-$3800. Good game.
Hey Greg, I thought it was a $4200 game...

Depends if you're buying or selling..
Thanks guys.
Had a local guy selling one for $3500. He had stated he had paid $6,000 for it. lol.
Thought maybe it was an LE. But no, it is a Pro.
If he paid $6,000 like he claims, and I highly doubt it, he got taken.

Hope he at least got some Vaseline with that deal.

Pretty fair price. If you like the pin work out a deal.
I was tempted a while back, but I've got IM and the rules seem similar, almost like a poor mans IM. As I have a IM already I didn't seem like it'd be a great idea to have both (plus Tron and XM) in my collection would be very heavy tilted in that direction. But it's a nice pin and a nice price IMO. I paid more money and got a Tspp which is very different from my other pins so I think that was good for me. But if you are light on late Stern and Borg games than I think Avatar is a great bang for the buck. Plus I love the color and especially the 3D translight. I think Tron and IM are nicer but they cost a heck of a lot more.
I had both and sold IM ....then sold Avatar...then bought IM again. Maybe one day I'll flip back
They're similar but have tradeoffs....Avatar's rules are a bit better, but IM has more combos/flow with 2 ramps and 2-way orbits. Avatar has better custom voiceover. Avatar's lock & AMP "kill" shots are very satisfying. However, Avatar got a bit easy for me over time...I've never gone into the "easy zone" with IM - the challenge keeps me coming back.
Quoted from hassellcastle:Leon I sold my beautiful HUO modded with Leds, mirror blades, blue dmd, figures and pop bumper bright caps for $3800 a few months back.
Thanks Craig.
I'm not a fan of Avatar the movie or the pinball. But I would have picked it up to play for awhile until Game of Thrones is announced.
Looks like he is asking a fair market value.
But I do not beleive for a second he paid $6000 for it.
Quoted from KingNine:Is 32-3800 still a fair price range for this depending on condition and mods?
Yes
