Hmm, as a rout operator you probably have different things you are looking for than most of the collectors here. LTG or Vid could probably give you the best guidance.

If it were me I'd say Iron Man, but I've never played Avatar so my comment is not worth much.

I own both. I prefer to play IM, but Avatar is played 3 by guests that come to my home. They play over and over as well. It's an addictive game with easy to follow action and is not "intense" like IM. Nobody is intimidated by Avatar. Women play it 5.

I say Avatar.
