    Hello,
I have been trying to come up with a way to add credits to games in a Bar-Cade so we can put everything on "Free Play" for a specific event or happy hour kind of scenario. I have VERY limited ability (just enough to be dangerous) to think that Arduino might be the right way to tackle it. Here is my thoughts:

Interscept the start button push (or any button push for that matter, as some games don't have a start button) take that push and interact with the coin switch to add credits (hopefully be able to add different number of coins to be a credit on different games). Allow button push to continue on its path to start game. There needs to be a time out function so kids dont just spam the button. We would like to remotely control this via a local web page to turn this function on and off by section/group or even individually by game if that's all we can do. I have one of the Coin-Up pieces of hardware (http://onecircuit.com/index.php/product/coinup-6up/) but that needs to be adjusted manually and we want to do it automatically.

Obviously theres a million ways to do this manually but we want to be able to turn it on or off at will... Like 5 to 7 is happy hour and all games are on "free play". We are not concerned about the additional credits that may exist once the free play is switched off. If there is anyone out there that can help or point me in a good direction, I would appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Jim
