    ...and packing things shipper proof is getting harder and harder as the shippers are turning up the gain on their ability to break things. Sad situation.

    Like all of us...we've had good experiences and bad experiences with each shipping option.
    I ask eBay sellers to please pack the item carefully. Once they pay attention to that, inattention by any shipper can be defeated.

    I do like the USPS click-n-ship, and use it all the time.

    I wish I could find an old "Yellow Freight Lines" training video. It had a bunch of people around a board room table discussing how they could improve customer satisfaction. They eventually arrived at "don't break their stuff". It's hilarious. Wish I could find it, but I think it was YF internal.
