    I noticed the the 'Guests Online' count seems much higher than normal the past several days. Is this a software bug or are there that many guests online? Yesterday according to the website there were over 3,000 guests online at one time and right now there are over 1,800 guests online.

    This is much larger than this number used to be so either there are a lot more guests online now or there is a bug in the website software that counts online guests. Or perhaps this is a known bug in which case disregard this posting.

    Any time there's a game announcement or leak, there is typically a spike in traffic. Nothing to be alarmed about.

    Ive never ever seen over 2500 guests.
    Tops is usually in 6-8 hundred.
    Prior to this anomaly I wonder what the record is. I recall release and live stream of Dialed in was a big day, over 1200 guests.
    But the numbers the last 24 hours are not normal.

    Was there an announcement or leak that I missed?
    I don’t see anything new but the guest count is high.

    When I used to run a site/forum, our guest count would sometimes spike to ridiculously high numbers thanks to web crawler bots and those "Get your Nike Gucci Cialis Viagra HERE!" posting bots. But this was 5-15 years ago so maybe the tech has changed.
