Got confirmation today that MasterCard are covering me for $4500. Kevin's bank has 45 days to dispute the charge back. Not sure how it all works when there is no money in his bank

Cheers for that. Guessing that Kevin's bank rally can't dispute the chargeback then unless they try saying it got lost in the post. Good to know - thanks
