Thought I would start this since there should be some transparency to all those affected by this scam. If anything, many of us will be calling PayPal and our credit card company and this may add further proof that many, (few hundred) were involved. Please do not post any other comments on this thread. I appreciate it. Providing any of your info is optional, if you wish to not post please do not feel pressured to do so. Thanks again and sorry to all those involved. This has been a nightmare for all of us.

3. (Optional) paid in full, not paid in full, deposit only)

Thanks JLM33, no worries, thank you. I received your PM. Anyone who wishes to send a PM rather than posting on the forum may do so, I will respect your wishes. Again, providing any info is optional. This will hopefully bring some clarity as to the number of buyers like myself who may not see a penny invested returned. If credit card companies, PP want proof to back up your claim, I hope this list will help every one of us in some way or another. I will begin putting together the list as it stands later this evening.

Thanks for the support...

#19 2 years ago

Fingers crossed on this one

#20 2 years ago

That doesn't make sense

If the PayPal fund is locked from all these chargebacks, he won't have access to the account for at least 30 days

#21 2 years ago
Quoted from Pdxmonkey:

Somebody who had contacted PP said that the account was closed and had been for a while due to complaints. If he is refunding, it's probably not through PP.

186 paid in full.

Unfortunately due to a hack on a company I did business with my credit card was compromised and Pay Pay would not take it so like a fool I sent Kevin a check.

I guess someone like me close to 70 is too trusting.

How did you get that number?

#24 2 years ago

I took it to mean he was #186 and that he was paid in full.

243 Paid in Full by check like a dumbass... Damn you - if 7 more of you bought in before I finally caved in I could be playing a Punchy the Clown right now with that money ! At least I'm not 250 - we should buy that guy a fruit basket...

You should create a google doc (sheet) and have people pm you their email so you can build a nice spreadsheet that is only visible to those who are in on it.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks to all of those that have posted here or PM'ed me. I plan to send everyone an updated list by Saturday. Anyone who was on the preorder list can provide their info by end of day this Friday. I will compile everyone's info onto an excel file and PM you individually with the list. With respect to some who have PM'ed me their information...I will only provide what they are willing to share with the group.

I have been working with my bank, PP has been of some help, but not much. Kevin's PP has been closed for some time now as the rep mentioned on a 3 way call with my bank. PP rep mentioned it has been frozen for some time (possibly months) due to a high number of buyers requesting refunds. If Kevin has some money tied up with PP, this could be the reason why no one has received their money back. That being said I already started my claim and hope that my bank will honor a refund while they investigate.

Thanks again,
Art
