Quoted from sckurk:There's a really nice WPT on CL in Atlanta right now for $2000
I can vouch for this WPT...I would have bought it but Nascar is my son's favorite pin. I have to admit to some guilty pleasure playing it myself (I don't like the Nascar theme, but it's a great player).
I'm actually kind of amazed that these 2k Sterns aren't scooped up by new collectors. Great price, minimal maintenance - what's not to love? If I had more space I'd grab 'em all just to play 'em.
Quoted from sckurk:I didn't post it on Pinside because I thought it would go pretty quickly locally. Guess I was mistaken...there is one interested party but nothing has been finalized yet.
Patience my friend...it'll sell locally, I have no doubt. I'm going to send this to a bunch of my pin-curious poker fanatic friends at work on Monday.
Quoted from pinnyheadhead:I would get Nascar to offset my intense, butt kicker IM.
Just wait until you play this sucker in December for the EOY tourney. I cleaned and waxed it tonight, and it'll be a fast game with brutal outlanes.
