Quoted from pinlink:Is this official yet?
AFMR ? Yes.
Variations, pricing, availability, coming soon.
LTG : )
Quoted from Pinball-Wiz:$12K (estimating)
Bad estimating.
Please wait for the official announcement.
LTG : )
Quoted from snakesnsparklers:If PPS wants to string everyone along
Except neither they or CGC announced this.
LTG : )
Quoted from Pinball-Wiz:I'm not sure I get the big secret on pricing?
No secret. When PPS/CGC make their announcement, you'll know it.

Quoted from frankmac:What is the deal with the translight box?
Williams used it on pins from AFM to Cactus Canyon.
LTG : )
Quoted from viper001:That is kind of a big deal, wondering why no mention of that? Is the Beaglebone platform one and done?
Beaglebone is still there, on the left. CGC went to a single driver board in the head instead of the three identical driver boards attached to the huge board under the playfield. For easier service, if needed.

Quoted from whitey:I know they haven't posted prices, but a LE at $15,000 ?
No where near that for AFMR.
LTG : )
Quoted from Concretehardt:LTG any thoughts on if it will work on AFMr?
If it's just lit, not the idol lights, I'd install it with a separate power source.
LTG : )
Quoted from gliebig:I played it at Allentown. The aliens barely had any "pop" to their jumping when active.
This wasn't an issue at TPF. Somethings going on, maybe weaker power at Allentown ?
LTG : )
Quoted from iceman44:Is CGC making the JJP PF's too?
No, Mirco has been making JJP playfields.
LTG : )
Quoted from Nexyss:but I thought these were being built in Chicago at Stern?
Built at CGC in Chicago.
Rick is part of the ones doing this, and Planetary Pinball ( Rick ) also sells them. So he can answer questions.
LTG : )
Quoted from markp99:I'm guessing they are similar to Stern's,
It's a couple inches bigger than a Stern box. I couldn't get it in my front door, I had to run around the building to the back door. I didn't measure but it's at least 34 inches.

Quoted from frankmac:Does anyone have MMR and AFM remake?
How do they compare?
I have both side by side here. ( commercial use )
AFMR stands out with topper, speaker lights, and bigger display.
Both great games.
LTG : )
Quoted from VirtualMayhem:I am missing from a difference stand point?
LE also has double the warranty of the SE, which has double the warranty of the standard.
Differences listed here : http://www.chicago-gaming.com/afm.php each $700 gets you more stuff as you go up the models.
