No trick just bend over and pick her up, I guarantee it will lift easier than the WOZ sitting beside it 
Set up tip.. When I put my legs on I always slide a piece of paper between the cabinet and the legs to make sure the legs are not touching the cabinet art (it can happen even with the metal cab protectors) if you can't slide a peice of paper thru the gap chances are the leg is pinching into the cabinet.
