Quoted from frankmac:I though it was more like 350 LEs.. Then MMR, than back to AMR. I could be wrong.
Who knows. It just looks like none of us non-matching number guys are in the first batch. So I'm guessing November at this point?

All serial matches are done, non-serial are in progress.

Way to keep our hopes up Paul.
Cool, so there's still a chance. For some reason I was thinking they were done with the first batch in mid-August. I'm not sure why, but I'll take it.

Waiting on mine too
I'm non-matching and have been told by my distrib that mine is in the first wave of 500 and I should get it before end of August. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I have not called JJ and asked where I am in line. Only because not knowing means there is a chance.
If he tells me second batch, that would suck all the fun out of it. lol.
I'm in on a non-matching LE and was told mine would be here by the end of August. My disti is automated.

I went to the web page and can not order them.

They could still be in the prototype stage.
They were on the AFMrLE prototype at PAGG, and the backbox ones definitely did not look like a finished product the way it was mounted. Functionally it looked great though.
Quoted from sbmania:What's the latest on shipping of LE's? I'm guessing I might not see mine this year. Word I am getting is that a few LE matching serial numbers will ship, then they switch over the factory to MMR's, and then get back to the AFMr LE's after that. Doesn't sound like I will get mine anytime soon? Anyone know anything specific?
I received a call a few hours ago saying mine is shipping from CGC on Monday! Mine is a non-matching LE with green trim. My original inquiry/deposit was put down late July, so quite the turnaround time (three weeks).
Either way, this is great news for those with a non-matching serial numbers. Yours should be coming very, very soon!
Does it make any sense to think that the games that are delivered later might have less problems? Maybe some of the kinks get ironed out before the later batches ship?
No word on mine yet, but I ordered through PPS and it sounds like they send you tracking after its delivered. So I may be getting it next week as well!
Quoted from frankmac:I though it was more like 350 LEs.. Then MMR, than back to AFM. I could be wrong.
Word I got was they're expecting the yield to be around 325, then MMR for around 4 weeks, then back to LE's.
Post pics of your machines if you have them or when you receive them .
Hopefully mine will be in this week. Fingers crossed .
Having meetings at work all day... have to have my son take delivery... going to be killer sitting it out till I can head home!

That's a nasty cough you have there... wouldn't want to spread it around the office...
Quoted from Arcade:Finally asked about my place in line at the Game Exchange.
2nd Batch.
I'm also a member of the "Second Batch Club". Maybe we should start a support group?
Quoted from frankmac:Does AFM have a sub woofer output on the back ?
The sound is pretty good, you might not need it.
I used solderless crimp caps to tap into the speaker leads, but as pinballinreno mentioned, the bass is really good, even without an external sub.

Thanks, hopefully the stock woofer is satisfying.
I enjoy a subwoofer on the majority of the games I own.
Has anyone connected to a external sub?

My bad, I incorrectly read your post. How do you like the added sub?
Quoted from pinballinreno:The sound is pretty good, you might not need it.
Have to agree...my LE puts out very nice low end....sound is stellar, all around....love this game!!!
The sound is so good that I'm not allowed to turn it up past 16 or else the other members of my household start getting pissed. It has very good speakers and amp. Much better than any Sterns.

I have one on every game I own and I feel AFM-(LE or SE)doesn't need one. The sound upgrade on this one, really is just that. I've got pins with FF speakers and with Pinball pro(and one with separate amp) and this one still sounds the best. Don't get me wrong they sound great, this one is just better.

Thanks for the info!
Is anyone getting a lot of air balls from the drop target under the saucer? Do they sell any plastic protector for the area that helps with this?

Yes. I am getting a lot of air balls from the saucer target. It’s not clear what’s causing that yet. I need to catch it on a slow motion camera and see if it’s the target coming down and up that is doing it.

Mine was supposed to arrive today... But I don't expect to see it soon due to Harvey messing up the area! My house is still dry and I have power, so I won't be seriously complaining about a missing pinball machine. But I am anxious and they better not let it get wet!
Mine should have arrived today if it was shipped when the dist said it was shipping. Will hopefully be here Wed. Can't wait.

More then understood.
The weather is crazy here right now.
Hopefully it is stored in a dry area until this storm finally leaves.
