It's a remake of a very popular game. Many people own it and others want to own it (like MM). Since its old, most of the games are blown out and restored games are expensive. Getting a NIB AFM is something very desirable to some people that lack the time and resources to restore a game. For most though, it all comes down to price but there are some that will pay jacked up prices. I guess we'll see! I think it's great to see another classic remade. YMMV
