1. About a month ago we had several tickets that were opened with a concern of the AFMR auto shooter lane, whereby balls were not traveling all the way to the top. We have worked with those customers on a one-on-one basis in resolving these concerns. We are asking if there is anyone else out there that is having this issue, please open a ticket on our on our system and use the description on the subject line as “shooter lane” when establishing the ticket. Submitting a short video would be helpful as well.

I'm having an issue where the ball is often not shot up to the pop bumpers. It hits something and comes back the pop bumper exit.

When you message him tell them it’s an AFMr. There are some subtle differences so he makes a specific set for the newer machines.

Thanks for the assist; I got it out with a little tap and twist as suggested. Given I bought this NIB I was hesitant to start pounding away at it.
I installed the rest of the set, but ended up removing the drain protector. It wouldn't sit flat and had to go.
