Love this game, Need club advice...
I already have MMR, IM and Met.
Can help but notice some of you do too!
The game room won't fit much more cap'n ..did you consider AFMr too similar or just go for it?

Wow, Is anyone else wondering if the vacuum did that or did his wife finally build an atomic blaster?

Are distributors getting these PIC 2.0 or what?
Haven’t heard yet, Anyone get a timeframe?

Quoted from FlipperFreak:

Received a msg. from Doug. Our 2.0 kits have been shipped. We'll get them out to all of our customers the minute they arrive. Thanks for your patience.
Tommy

Thank you and Larry at FlipNOut for keeping us posted.

Quoted from Damien:

But the chipping that I see on both of my games, very early into playing them, is beyond disappointing. I have a friend with 3000+ games on his Ghostbusters, and nothing even close to this kind of visible wear and tear.

Sorry to hear. Your friend is fortunate with his GB, as was I.
A quick forum search will reveal Ghostbusters of all games has not always been held as the best example of pf quality.

Quoted from Budman:

Given the recent issues with this game and / or in general, do you see an advantage to having a distributor in close proximity to you or is their role handled adequately from “Anywhere USA”?

I’ve read this thread pretty thoroughly and the core issues have centered around shooter launch or flipper which now have a universal fix.
Most of the rest have been game adjustments or protection considerations that are pretty universal for new games today and to pinball in general.

Supporting a knowledgeable, reputable local dealer is ideal, but I’ve had success with several others across the country. Turn in your CG warranty card and you should be good anywhere in the USA.

After a basic shooter ramp adjustment and minor pic install, most new AFMr owners are wiping out Martians again!

Thanks CGC and dealers for quick response and turnaround.

Tuna-

Overjoyed, over the moon, and over tired from staying up late playing it!
The majority feel very satisfied with this classic, and with CGC.
Try one of the versions on location - Good luck!

Quoted from bitpatrol:

What will be better to get, the MMr or MBrLE? Tough choice...

Not really, all respect to MB and any new bling to
match a remake, but still MMr.
But hey, All good either way.

I told a friend new to pinball the best ones to own provide “frustrating pleasure”, that keep you rewarded just enough to press start again.
AFM always brings both to the table - no matter what the players skill level.
I can appreciate why it’s been a long term hold for many collectors.

Quoted from DudeRegular:

Just placed an order for a Classic Edition with the Color upgrade chip.

Congrats! Will they be sending the color chip at the same time as your AFMr classic edition?

I’m curious as I’m considering a Monster Bash classic and don’t want to settle for the orange dots while waiting for a chip.

Thanks!
