Because I love my MMR so much, I had to get an AFMR too, just put my deposit down for an LE. Chicago gaming is doing an awesome job with these machines. They feel so great, sturdy great construction.

Hey guys I finally got my AFMR LE. Freaking ano one had a mazing machine! Especially the topper. Anyways, I couldn't find a limited edition certificate like my other machines come with, does it come with one?
Thanks
Mo
Quoted from snaroff:Mine didn't. The cool emblem on the apron is certification.

Cool thanks, I guess I haven't really looked at that area, I'll check it out when I get home
thanks

Hey guys my DMD has one dead pixel. Do you think CGC will replace it? Its kind of this annoying blue dot thingy.
Chicago Gaming has excellent tech support. I had a deal pixel on the DMD and one of my saucers on the topper wasn't working right. They sent me replacements, took me a bit to get them installed (the dmd had piece of the frame that was bent and I had to use some pliers to straighten it), but everything works great, shipped old equipment back and done (they provided shipping). Can't wait for machine # 3!
Just noticed today some scratches on the mirror blades on the left side, Im so sad! I dont even know how they got there, I never lifted the playfield. the only thing I did recently was I put some felt tape around the edges of the glass because it was rattling. Man! I wonder if the ball hit that area cause that.. anyone have any scratches too?
Quoted from EricHadley:That’s why I hate all blades, look like shit after a while. I wish there would have been an option to not get the blades on the LE.
It looked awesome brand new, wonder if maybe down the road I can just remove them.
Quoted from EricHadley:They are glued to the cabinet, so if you remove them then your cabinet looks like shit. I really hate whoever invented these stupid things. HATE
Thats dumb, how come they just arent bolted in so they can easily be removed. I hate stupid glue.
Quoted from PinMonk:We have powerblades (the animated ones with the UFO beams that light up) and they still look great. I'd never have mirrorblades, though.
where did you get those from? Is it possible to "buff" out mirror blades?
Quoted from EricHadley:My biggest problem with blades is they are a “mod” and mods should be fully reversible. Have you ever seen how it looks when you try to remove blades? Ruins the cabinet........WORST mod ever.
Maybe if it just leaves glue behind, goo gone would work?
Hey guys my game tends to make a lot of vibration noises when it first puts the ball into the ball launch area.. its kind of annoying. I tried putting some felt around the edge of the glass, and even messing with those screws under neath the lock bar. Does someone have a different fix?? Its my only pinball that does this.
Thanks
Quoted from ctviss:Good news is the eight replacement plastics were undamaged - the piece rattling around was just a knockout for one of the holes. I took a closer look at the non-lighted plastics at the very back of the machine and those also have cracking which I didn't see before. I'll probably open another ticket in a few weeks and get those replaced.
I haven't experienced this. Does the rattle go away if you put some weight on the glass to dampen it?
Yes its near the right upper playfield.. very very annoying. Maybe I need to tighten the bolts connecting the armor?
