I am certainly sure that there are a lot of these particular extra parts sitting around, and that will be laying around for many years, probably a material and labor/manufacturing cost loss.
Don't know, don't care now, as I am selling mine and will sorely miss it, but it really is a great addition to any of the remakes.
I initially was thinking of making/re-producing them, but the design, material and engineering etc. cost/s being too high, and most importantly the possible repercussions is certainly not worth it...
PS Does anyone really think that the LE owners would care?

Stick a 1" piece of nylon tie under the plastic glass channel that holds the glass, mid way up the playfield.
Maybe put it in 2 locations.
This works really well.
Experiment with small or large thicknesses.
Ive had good results with just a piece of a tiny one with the head cut off.
Lift the channel a little, Poke it in with a toothpick or a nylon razor blade.
Nothing too aggressive.
When done you cant see it at all.
