Quoted from Damien:Question for anyone with a green LE. My lockdown bar locks like it was painted with a brush. It's not smooth like the gold on my MMR, you can actually see the lines through it.
Is this normal?
Green lock bar.

Quoted from Budman:I am about to order and choose a color for my LE. I would appreciate hearing from those of you who chose black. Some pictures I have seen look like it is more of a matte finish vs. glossy. Yes or no? Are you happy with your choice? Any pics posted here would be appreciated.
I have a green machine, but I think black looks the best.. I picked green just to have it stand out a little.. Not sure if this helps any..
Quoted from whthrs166:In dealing with my low ceiling issue, I made a small modification in the the ceilng just above the topper alien’s head
I used a inch and a half hole saw (saved the plug of sheet rock) then beveled the hole with a utilily knife It ends up looking like a shadow of a saucer above the alien all the while allowing him to move without contacting the ceiling. ( now i just hope my wife doesnt notice...)
Love it,congratulations !
Quoted from Lermods:The sound on the AFMr is so much better than the sound on MMr.

Quoted from stpcore:For those considering changing your warm white LEDs to cool white LEDs (general illumination) I snapped a pic half way through my swap out. Left side is COOL and right side is WARM (stock).
Thanks for the pic. I like the warm.
Quoted from Ozzy:To all you afmr classic owners. How do you like your pin? I have an opportunity to purchase a pro well below new cost. Less than 150 games upgraded color dmd. Would love to hear your thoughts and throw in feelings on a huo tspp. Looking for a game with alot of meat on its bones for my collection
I am saving France and Italy at the moment..
Quoted from whthrs166:Hey FrankMac you can add me to that list for Game of the year!
You are in!!
Quoted from Robertstone0407:Ill take some pictures but the pinblades from pingraphix is killer! LE #597
Black trim looks great! You do not see it that often..
Quoted from Miknan:Noticed decal starting to peel. Should I put some sort of glue or something over it so it doesn't get worse?
It almost looks like the lockdown bar is scuffed and the plastic on the push button plunger has a nick also.
Quoted from sirlonzelot:Strobe multiball must be played in absolut darkness
Agreed!! Only way to go!
Quoted from gjm7777:I personally like to use my genitalia as the catalyst - but only after a fresh wax. Lay it between the flippers and if it's a close match (I'm caucasian) you probably have the dreaded flesh tone PF. If you've been eating cheetos before handling yourself, and then lay it down, and it matches - you have an accurate reproduction.
Bahhh.
My plastics on my Le are cracking/shrinking not sure what to call it.
How do you open a ticket with CGC?
Anyone?
Quoted from markp99:Create an account here: https://chicagogamingcompany.freshdesk.com/support/login
Thanks markp99
Quoted from whthrs166:Are you going to put them on right away or save em?
I will put them on.
Quoted from PinMonk:You're talking about the documented ink crackling, not the plastic itself cracking, right?
It was the graphics shrinking or stretching cracking or crackling.
Not the plastic it’s self physically damaged. I don’t know what it is being called.
But CGC took care of it!
Quoted from PinMonk:Anti-rattle tape. Problem solved.
Mine rattled when it was off ! From the subs on my other pins.
Quoted from chancegino:Does anybody had any issues with play field wear in the shooter lane? See pics of mine, only have a couple hundred plays and game is less than 6 months old.
Wow ,that lane looks like wood filer with clear coat over it.
Quoted from Lermods:Cedar? No way, that’s a pretty soft wood. Ash, yes, they make baseball bats out of it. Something not right here.
Bamboo
So much BS on this thread.
It used to be informative and constructive but now it is a drama thread..
SAD!
Quoted from snakesnsparklers:Even aliens bleach their assholes!
I did not know that..
