Quoted from HB_GAMER:Their service is top notch, I bought a SE NIB and had only a few issues, more with my familiarity with it. I did need some parts and they shipped them out ASAP. Waiting on the text CGC to come out.
I concur. I will buy the next CGC (whatever it is) or Spooky just because of their service. Top notch.
Most of my emails to Stern go un-answered.
Quoted from Zeusflurry:I've been having a shooter plunger path issue that has been there for awhile, but seems worse as of late. I plunge ball and it will get caught up before looping right orbit at region of the bumpers exit when ball drops out from bumpers to lower playfield.
I have not found a fix although in attempting to research on Pinside I found below excerpt from a post by chrisnack dated "2 years ago"[exact date not indicated on post], with link below that was posted by him that appears to be PDF per post however link does not work (probably because "2 years old").

Anybody know where to find fix for this issue or directions. I gather I likely have to bend/adjust ball launch ramp and/or plunger centering of ball although seems fairly centered by simply viewing of eye at plunger from above with ball seated there.
Thanks in advance for any help!!!
Contact CGC. Mine had an issue when I got it that prevented the ball from making a full orbit on the plunge. CGC sent me out the "improved" ball guide that solved the problem. While you're at it, make sure yours has the 2.0 chip as well.
I have an AFMr PowerTranslite that I never installed, and these have been unavailable for some time. I was going to put this one up on Ebay for what I paid for it ($275 + shipping), but I'd like to offer it here first.
If you're interested, send me a PM.
Here is a video of the actual translite
Quoted from ManChicken:New AFM SE owner here.. first pin for me, and first post Picked up a floor model locally, looks brand new.. menu says less than 300 plays on it (which I don't know if that can be reset and can be trusted, but it sure doesn't look like it's been played much so...)
Curious if there is a trick to getting the backglass art out to access the board; I've unlocked the top (key perpendicular) but when I lift up on the bottom I'm coming up just a millimeter or two short to pull the bottom out over the top of the speaker box. I've wiggled and jiggled but just can't seem to get it.
Also, is there an adjustment for the power of the HS knocker? I've been through the config and didn't see it, not sure if it's called something odd or if it's joined to another setting. If not I might have to get a little piece of rubber or something to shove in there to deaden it a bit, because it's so sharp and loud it actually hurts
When this happens on one of my pins (usually after a move) it is because the speaker panel has "lifted" and a wire has found it's way under the speaker panel. And because the speaker panel is raised, the backglass which rests on it is raised too high as well.
If you have a tool to remove the torx security screws at the lock, as LTG has suggested already, you can remove the lock altogether which should solve your problem whether or not it is due to the position of your speaker panel.
Quoted from pinballinreno:I have the pinnovators setup, couldn't be happier.
Same here...
Quoted from Heavyk:Looking for everyone's opinion on something. I was thinking about buying the PowerBladez from PinGraffix for my AFMrSE to match the Power Translite I got from them, but if I put pinstadium lights on my machine will you really be able to see the PowerBladez? At that point should I just go with some other art package for the inside and put in the pinstadium lights? Thoughts?
Here's mine with stock lighting, PowerBladez and 4 added spotlights to lighten the center of the playfield (1 warm white and 3 natural white). It's enough light for me... I might even tone it down a little.
Quoted from Mr_Tantrum:That's kind of cool. Was it a DIY or kit (either way, can you share)?
Pinball life clear drop target.

Then just mount a light in front of it. I did the same thing on my TNA and FT. The area in FT is so dark normally, that I know of an owner that didn't even KNOW there was a drop target there. I used a comet flex bulb on AFM and a normal 2SMD on FT. Again, it looks more noticeable in person on the AFM.

Woo Hoo! Love the mini saucer kit on my SE. Thanks Bill!
Now I just have to decide: Red or Green flashers? The mini LED's are more striking against the darker green caps, but the red caps "glow" a bit with the ambient light when not flashing. Hmmm.
Quoted from Medic:Thank you again. Can you tell me where you got your decals by the ufo from? Thanks

Mr_Tantrum makes them (as well as a lot of other great mods for AFMr). I have a set as well. Send him a PM!
Quoted from Medic:Cointaker has them in stock
Mr_Tantrum also makes a nice version of the Eat at Eddy's mod. Send him a PM!
