How exactly will they "take care of him"? They wouldn't send out a populated PF for the faded MMr PF owners so I really doubt they are gonna do that for him. I doubt if they will even offer to send a blank PF and even if they did what customer is gonna want to spend 20 hours plus to swap it out.
