This AFM/AFMr mod is a high-quality 3D printed model with illuminated roof sign and the interior upper floors ablaze. The tower design matches the building style of the game's backglass, and the roof sign advertises Eddy's Diner or it can be changed to a custom message at no additional charge.

- Internal LED lighting for roof sign and simulated upper burning floors
