Hello there, You're not going to find that plastic bushing your referring to anywhere (sent detailed pics to all the pinball suppliers across the globe on this one. HOWEVER thought I would help on what I did! Thankfully it's a pretty easy fix (If you have the other ramp/side bushing to refer to). FIRST you'll start with a common flipper plastic bushing (SAME shaft size, and fairly close fit, but not really), Then take your bushing from other ramp down to a machine shop (Engine shop, common lathing) and have them "Trim Down"/lathe to proper diameters - AND WA-LA you'll have yourself a clean fresh/properly fitting that looks professionally done! Mine I got done for $10 bucks. Hope this helps! Cheers
