According to PinMame CPU 2.08
There are the follwing rom files available;
Display A2.04 with USA CPU 2.00,
Display A2.05 with USA CPU 2.05
Display A2.06 with CANADA CPU 2.07
Display A2.06 with USA CPU 2.08
That's why I asked for a copy of CPU 2.06 too.
