Thanks for support guys! Guardians of the Galaxy just went official with teaser vid yesterday. I’ll have at least one GOTG out there immediately (likely at My Parents Basement) as soon as it’s possible. My guess is January. Just a guess. I’ll generally plan (license/theme dependent) to have any brand new Stern available in the wild instantly as they are released.

some bad news and some great news.
Bad:
I had to pull my games from Giga-bites cafe. Relative to other uses of those two machines, they weren't earning enough.
Great:
Stern is "ahead" of schedule on Guardians of The Galaxy, so I should have one later this week installed at My Parents Basement either in place of one of the three there already (TWD Pro, BM66 Prem, SW Pro) or hopefully in addition to.
@randomkg Any teasers on where your Giga-bites games might live next? Fingers crossed for a location closer to/in East Cobb or Sandy Springs. Suburban Tap had a GB since replaced with a KISS; might be an opportunity for your games too?

My Parents Basement now has four machines! Brand new Guardians Of The Galaxy installed yesterday. Anti glare glass, shaker, etc. Enjoy the newest, nicest, most well maintained collection inside the perimeter of Atlanta.

Played 20 games of BM66 at My Parents Basement today for lunch. Completed each of the main villains at least once and started most minor modes. So much video and sounds included in latest code - it was really fun. Don’t even need to mention the great beer, friendly servers and air conditioning. Total costs was $10 - paying $2 for 3 games and getting two matches and three specials. Had put aside ones last week when having too many in my wallet, so it was kind of free money anyways.

Copying my favorite manufacturer- going to start a monthly update here.
Here's Mar 2018-
1) My Parents Basement will have an Iron Maiden Legacy of the Beast Pro model on day one that they are available; probably late April.
2) Upcoming regular first Wed night of every month Basement Champ tourney is coming Wed 4/4; qualifying starts at 6:20pm. Something fun in the middle of the workweek.
3) In April, in just a cpl wks, running an additional Basement Champ tourney at MPB on the weekend. Date is Sunday 4/15. Qualifying starts at 3pm (not 2pm, as it is listed on IFPA). Maybe some folks from Alabama or elsewhere can make this one and see what the fuss is about.

Great video! so cool to see all of this sweet location pinball in Atlanta, after it had been a pin-desert for so long.
I'd see people post on Pinside looking for a play to play in the city and have everyone tell 'em "It ain't happening".

Not involved and not happy with the wording in the kickstarter which inaccurately states: “if you want to play pinball in Atlanta you’re out of luck”. It also has a #AtlantaDeservesPinball hashtag- I agree, that’s why I put it there 7 month’s ago.

Played IMDN yesterday at My Parents Basement and had a blast! Awesome to see Foo Fighters on location! 1 of 1 LE!

Went by MPB tonight with my brother, dropped at least $25 in the pins and had a blast. What a great set of well playing pins. Only issue we noticed was the orb drop target seems to be disabled/is holding a ball at all times on GOTG.
Anyway, loved the venue and will be back soon.
Oh, and the whole night we were noticing we couldn't hear the pins, especially Iron Maiden - literally on my final 2 bucks we realized you had external volume controls in the usual tournament button locations. I cursed rather loudly, kicked up the volume to likely obnoxious levels and enjoyed one of the greatest single games of pinball I've ever experienced (fun wise, not score...). I've been reluctant to get one due to lack of toys and seemingly not THAT much depth, but damn I'm going to be hard pressed not to get an IMDN now, as a fan of the music. Dammit...

GOTG drop target juuust happened yesterday afternoon... they were supposed to have turned it off until I got a chance to fix this afternoon. No biggy.
