Buyer beware! ATgames makes some compelling products in theory, but they consistently f*** it all up with the execution; they are severely kneecapped by the piss-poor quality of the circuit boards and the inability of their software team to release an update that doesn't break more things than it fixes.

My brother has the ATgames pinball cab and the upright vid cab, and both have been nothing less than a shitshow in terms of reliability (failed WiFi in the vid, 2X failed main boards in pin) and half-baked system updates that always leave you holding your breath wondering what's going to get screwed up THIS time (unfortunately the updates are mandatory when downloading new games/pins, so you are at their mercy).

This unit will likely suffer from the same problems, especially the maddening software issues. Adding your own ROMs (not as straightforward as with MAME setups) is definitely possible, but you will still be required to sign-in to your account in order to play them, so if there is an issue with the WiFi (very common on all Atgames products) access to the very stuff YOU installed will be cut off!
