My best guess is something in the Cherry D44Y lever microswitch family.
Here's a datasheet. I'm not sure if there's an actuator on the list that will match or not.

Also, if you remove the switch from the bracket, it might have a model number on the side that's hidden.
Forceflow is bang on.
You can replace it with a NORMAL OPEN cherry switch and bend the arm up like that to fit into that out hole. You can also use a 3 prong nc/no switch.
Any cherry from an old oystick should do it.
