Hey all!

This is my first time working on a Atari pin and I seem to be having an issue with the bottom thumper bumper (near flippers). When the bumper coil is plugged in, it causes the left, upper eject hole and outhole coils to fire repeatedly. Upon metering the drivers, I found that the farthest right driver is possibly shorted (beeps during continuity test). Can anyone tell me what this driver is responsible for? Also, any ideas to where to start? If I unplug the bumper coil, the game plays just fine.

I own a Space Riders and never could get the main board working properly. I sent it to this guy - ebay.com link: Atari Pinball Machine CPU Board Repair Service - he did a really nice job. I also think he is selling a replacement PCB and parts kit for atari pins - you have to assemble the PCB.

Good luck.
