I would like to get one; however, I've never played one (and unlikely that I would be able to), so I am stuck with video and first-person accounts. My concern from watching videos is the lag. You used to be able to spin that control and it would zip the paddle from one side to the other. It doesn't seem to be nearly as responsive as that. How does it stack up to the original pong game in terms of responsiveness?

Given that it is mechanical, I think they should add (perhaps it already has it), so tactile feedback. Kind of like the coil they put in the stock of gun games to give you the feel of recoil. I think it would really add to the experience if they had a similar 'pulse' everytime you 'hit' the puck.
