Quoted from northvibe:Where are you putting it, or what are your expectations?
There is a standing one and a larger table one that have coin doors. Then there is the small coffee table that is no coin door. Sort of like chexx
It will be used in my gameroom/mancave. I’ve seen the sit down coffee table version. Looking for something that doesn’t take a lot of space.
Quoted from marvinmax:I'm joining the club this sunday when I'm getting my nib Pong with 2 atari stools.
What I would like to see is a matching Pong table cloth / protector case, to protect the Pong when noth playing. Just like a protector case for a pinball machine!
Good idea. I’m in for one if someone decides to make it.
Quoted from jesselee72:I'm going to sell my Pong coffee table.. am I allowed to list this on pinside or know due to it not being a pinball? Thanks in advance.
Don’t know why not.
Three years home use (probably a couple dozen games a week by my grand children) and absolutely no problems
Other than the obvious visual differences, is there anything substantially different in the mechanics/electronics between the consumer and commercial model?
Quoted from marioparty34:What swayed me to the commercial cocktail version was the ability to adjust the height of the machine on the fly (using a remote). I just thought that was the coolest thing.
I am not completely surely, but I think the internal components may vary slightly. My only data point is from watching videos of how to fix the commercial version vs the home version as well as what is listed for parts on their support website.
The commercial unit came out after I ordered my sit down unit. I wish I’d waited a bit longer.
Quoted from RetroGamerJP:Good evening all - I am selling my (very low use) Atari Full Size Stand Up if anyone is interested. I still have all of the original packaging material so if it needs to be shipped, I can package/pallette same way manufacturer shipped to me.
Works flawlessly without any issues. [quoted image][quoted image]
Are you going to post in marketplace?
Quoted from insight75:I just found this thread. I just joined the club with a coffee table. Anyone know if extra parts can be found for these? Also, how does the playfield surface hold up over time? Mine appeared to have a grease on it that I took a bit of work to clean off.
I’ve had mine 4+ years since they first came out. It’s held up like a champ.
Quoted from JakePG:Anyone know a supplier for one of these?
I purchased mine from IdahoRealtor
Quoted from harig:May I also join with my older original
