Congrats. I have twin boys, it is something special. Enjoy!
It does get expensive though. You can't do hand me downs for instance. You need two cribs, two car seats, etc etc. not to mention college costs, which is where I'm at right now
Mortgage and car debt ok. Sell something, get rid of the credit card debt and go from there.
