Not to resurrect an old post but seeing how this ended up turning out:
“Ah Shit here we go again” is a reference to GTA San Andreas in which within the first 2 minutes of the game the main character gets racially profiled and harassed by the cops and then dropped off at his house without any of his belongings and immediately is subject to a drive-by shooting.
Then the player says this. So basically it means we’ve been here before but we do it again anyway because that’s just how things are.
It’s like grabbing your popcorn, here comes the shitshow.
