No disrespect intended at all but if you are that hard of seeing why are you playing in a dark gameroom? Seems like the most logical mod would be to add lighting behind you (the player) focused on the PF which will light it up way better than any lighting you will get on the game. Think track lighting.

Outside of that, their is a player that wears a spotlight on his head. Works very well for him.

Outside of that, I hope you find something but I do feel you are stepping over dollars to pick up dimes (if I got that saying right).
