A paid in full 1 month ago for Guns n Roses Premium. Since then I cannot get thru to anyone there. The sales line is never answered. There is “no more room” in the voicemail box. I left a message directly with Jack. Crickets. Not that I’m paranoid, but after Heighway took my money and then vanished, I’m a little worried.

No premium edition of G and R, that may be the issue.

I have gotten quick email responses on my online tickets I’ve created. I assume you have an official order confirmation or something to that effect? It’s a lot of money to put down without getting an order confirmation. Can’t possibly imagine you put your money into a spoofed website….

I bought a POTC about a year and a half ago from JJ....worst experience in buying ANYTHING in my entire life. Out and out lying to me even when they DID respond...never again.

I got my Guns n Roses. It is superb. The build quality and components are superb. I discovered their email found it’s way into my spam folder - which admittedly, I don’t often check.

I’ve never had any issues when calling. Quick response and fixes sent. Email however takes them a little longer to respond usually. Just call!

Had a minor issue with my Wonka LE, contacted JJP support, they replied within 24 hours, and I had the part within a week. Great experience here with JJP customer support.

Every experience I've had with Jersey Jack's pinball has been good.

Great technical support, prompt attention when I needed it.

It's true, I spent a year or close to it waiting on a WOZ lighting 2.0 package, but the 2.0 lighting has worked without any problems, and it was worth the wait.

Had fixable issues with WOZ (witch mech issues) and Wonka (gobstopper calibration issues) and they were always easy to reach and helpful. Never had an issue with Dialed IN, Pirates, Hobbit or GNR.

Really good tech support, as they always answer to emails, and give helpful hints.
However, not easy to find some spare parts...
