Poll says it all. I would really like to know your perspectives.

Interesting thoughts from a lot of people. We are on the fence on this one. We are going to wait and see how development progresses. It would great if they could at least get the theme song for attract mode and/or multiball and at least a handful of movie clips/callouts with Johnny Depp.

Sorry you feel that way. I honestly want to know whether people are going to buy this pin or not. There are clearly options in the poll if you like, or even love, the direction of the development of this game. If my displeasure with the use of the licensed material was apparent, it was unintentional -- innate writer's bias I guess.

Are we even fully sure that the game won't have the any original music from the films? Are we certain it won't have any clips at all showing actors faces? Has anyone confirmed this with Jersey Jack? Seems like a lot can happen between the October Expo and market release of a final product.

Just wondering if anyone has confirmed.

A lot of people act like my original poll was biased...

For clarification, I am still seriously considering this game NIB. The only thing that is keeping me from pulling the trigger at the moment is the lack of licensed assets -- particularly the theme song from the original film. I hold that JJP's the Hobbit is the best pin I have ever played...and it is really not a close call at all. Wizard of Oz...also way up there as far as an overall pinball experience.

I am just a little hesitant about this POTC, that is all. Hoping for more information from JJP soon.
